Our reflexology shoes are shipped via UPS to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes in the 48 states is by US Postal Service. Shipping cost for UPS is $10.00 for the first pair and $3.00 for each additional pair on the same order. Postal costs are determined on a case by case basis.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Vital Orthopedic shoes, Edelweiss Associates will promptly exchange them or refund the purchase price(not including shipping fees) PROVIDED the shoes have no visible sign of wear, are in resalable condition and are returned within 30 days of receipt. " Visible signs of wear"are usually soiled outer soles and / or stained foot beds, but may include other blemishes which would prevent the shoes from being sold to another customer. We suggest you try the shoes on as if you were at a shoe store. Walk on a carpet or other clean surface, and wear a light weight sock. It will become quickly apparent if the shoes fit properly.
