2. Figure the amount due; price per pair is $119.95, plus $10.00 UPS shipping. When ordering more than one pair add $3.00 for each additional pair. Texas residents add $9.90 sales tax ( 8.25%).
3. Pay with Mastercard, Visa, money order or personal check. Credit card orders must provide the credit card type ( Mastercard or Visa), card number, expiration date and the card holders name as it appears on the card.
